Interest in the success of the PTEV
Recommended to attend tour and orientation; recommended to attend at least two meetings

 

Rights

Receive e-mail about activities, including meeting agenda, minutes and proposals
Attend and observe (only) at general meetings
Attend and observe team meetings
Participate in events open to Supporting Members which could include rituals, social gatherings and EcoVillage sponsored workshops

Intentional Member

$50 (in addition to $50 paid for Supporting Membership)

Prerequisites

Was an Associate or LLC Member, Provisional Member or Supporting Member and requests intentional status
Has attended 3 out of 5 of the last meetings, 6 meetings in the last 5 months or 10 meetings in the last year
Has 3 Associate or LLC Member sponsors. A sponsor is an LLC or Associate member who is supportive of your application for intentional membership and is willing to facilitate your speaking at meetings when floor is not open to IMs.

 

Rights

Applications for Provisional Membership receive priority over other applications
Serve on teams (cannot block decisions; may be asked at times to minimize input)
Attend and participate in deep sharing gatherings, rituals, social events, trainings and workshops
Speak at general meetings if invited by the facilitator

 

Responsibilities

 

Stay informed about PTEV activities
Attend 50% of PTEV meetings per quarter

Provisional Member

Refundable only if not admitted as LLC Member, credited toward buy-in

Was a Supporting or Intentional Member
Completed full application process
Admitted by consensus of Membership Team and ad hoc team members

 

Rights

Speak at general meetings when invited by the facilitator
Be assigned a buddy
Serve on teams (cannot block decisions; may be asked at times to minimize input)
Attend and participate in deep sharing gatherings, rituals, social events, trainings and workshops

 

Responsibilities

 

Stay informed about PTEV activities
Attend 8 (about 66%) regular meetings per quarter
Complete 10 hours of PTEV activities per month (beyond general meeting attendance)
Complete training requirements and readings
Participate in work parties and meal preparation
Sign the PTEV Agreement

Associate Member

 

Note: This category will change as of 10-01-08 , by which time it is expected that existing Associate members will have become LLC members.

Successfully completed all responsibilities of Provisional Membership
Fulfilled all financial obligations to PTEV
Admitted by consensus of Associate Members

LLC

LLC Member rights and responsibilities will be more completely described in the PTEV LLC agreements, which are still under development.
